How much cash can I withdraw from First Convenience Bank?

The daily limit for cash withdrawal through ATM for FCB is $500. There are no charges for cash withdrawal.

Can I use my card as soon as I receive it?

All Debit cards are inactive when issued. You can activate your Debit card by visiting the ATM and making your first transaction, or calling on their Toll-Free number 877-219-4344. Also, you can activate your card through a PIN (debit) purchase at a merchant. ATM cards are PIN protected and do not require activation before use. For new consumer cards, your PIN will be mailed 2 business days after the card is produced. For reissued consumer cards, use your current PIN. A PIN may not be produced for some business cards. Check with your employer for activation instructions.

Does First Convenience Bank charge monthly fees?

The e-Account has a monthly maintenance fee of $5 liable for electronic transactions only and not on cheque payments. To access e-Accounts use Master Card and Digital Banking.
